T-Gale Gardner Parker
Outreach Education Specialist / Volunteer Coordinator

Gale has been with Hope Haven since June 2004. She creates, coordinates and presents interactive multi-media presentations to prevent sexual abuse. With Gale’s expertise, a variety of “age appropriate” prevention curriculum has been made available for school children as well as college students and other adults. Gale conducts on-going recruitment and training for the Hope Haven team of volunteers to ensure crisis callers and victims at the hospital receive the best care, helpful information and accurate referrals to begin healing.

Gale is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and a former English and Communication/Technology Instructor with Savannah/Chatham County School and Beaufort County School Districts. She worked as a television news anchor in the Savannah market before coming to Beaufort in 1994. Gale is from Atlanta, GA and is an active member of the local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha, an international
service organization.
