Katie is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina Beaufort with a BS in Human Services and the recipient of the 2006 Human Services Program award from USCB for Excellence in Human Services. Katie completed her internship with Hope Haven and also served as a volunteer prior to joining the staff. She is a Navy wife and has two children. Katie says she looks forward to continuing to raise awareness about rape and child sexual abuse and the effects they have on our community. She will also provide the necessary referrals to all clients in hopes that they will have successful recovery from abuse.
